When you are fortunate enough to bag a trophy and you wish to have your game mounted, it would be best to take your animal immediately to a taxidermist. This may not always be practical so you may bring your game to us to process.
*A trained butcher could remove your animals antlers, skin your animal for a head or shoulder mount, save skin for tanning. We will not be held responsible for tears or holes in the hide, hair slippage due to improper handling, broken or mis-cut antlers, incorrect processing instructions or loss due to improper following your instructions.
Whole Deer Skin On Processing:  .75 lb.
We usually cut deer into steaks, chops and roasts.  We can on request pull tenderloins and back straps. We also can remove bones and grind into burger meat, stew or sausage.  We wrap ground venison into about 1 lb. packages. The meat is wrapped, identified, then packed in boxes with your name, then placed into our Flash Freezer. You are then notified and you have 2 weeks to pick-up your venison.

Storage Charges in Freezer:
2 Weeks after processing complete: Free After 2 weeks and before 60 days $5.00 box. Bi weekly.
